Sencut Vyrce Folding Knife - Blue

Folding knife with a 88.7 mm long blade and a Clip-Point profile. It was designed for everyday use and outdoor activities. The blade is made from wear-resistant D2 tool steel and finished with a satin finish.

The G10 laminate handle is lightweight yet durable. Its ergonomic profile helps the knife sit comfortably in the hand, while the textured surface supports a secure grip during use. The blue handle scales stand out with an irregular pattern, contrasting with the smooth surface of the steel blade.

D2 tool steel

The blade is made from high-carbon D2 tool steel. The material has been hardened to 59-61 HRC and is characterised by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. The high content of carbon and chromium ensures hardness, while molybdenum and vanadium improve strength.

clip-point blade profile, satin finish

The model features a Clip-Point blade profile and a length of 88.7 mm. The blade has a hollow grind. On the spine of the blade there is jimping that allows secure thumb placement and increases control over the blade while making cuts. The blade is finished with a satin finish, giving its surface parallel micro-scratches and a matte appearance.

Handle scales made from durable G10 laminate

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from G10 laminate in blue. The material is characterised by high mechanical strength and resistance to impacts, abrasion, and changing weather conditions. The scales are decorated with an irregular, multi-tone pattern that gives them a distinctive look. Their textured surface guarantees a secure and safe grip while working with the knife.

Liner Lock, flipper, and thumb stud

The knife is opened using a double-sided thumb stud. Alternatively, a flipper is used to deploy the tool, which in the open position acts as a small cross guard protecting the hand from slipping onto the blade. The knife opening process has been improved through the use of a ball bearing. In the open position, the blade is secured by a robust lock Liner Lock.

springy steel clip

Comfortable carrying of the tool is enabled by a springy steel tip-up clip, allowing it to be easily attached to a belt, the edge of a pocket, or other elements of accouterment. The clip can be mounted on the left or right side of the handle, allowing the user to adjust its position to the preferred carry side.

D2 feature
D2
D2 is a high-carbon tool steel classified as semi-stainless, characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. It achieves a hardness of 57-62 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. Its chemical composition is a precisely selected combination of elements: carbon (1.4-1.6%), chromium (11-13%), molybdenum (up to 0.8%), vanadium (up to 1%), manganese (up to 1%), and silicon (up to 1%). The high carbon and chromium content ensures hardness and wear resistance, while molybdenum and vanadium improve the strength and durability of the cutting edge. Although D2 steel is not completely stainless, its corrosion resistance is sufficient to meet the requirements of most conditions of use. It is widely used in the production of mid-range and high-end knives, including handmade knives and cutting tools.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Satin feature
Satin
Satin finishing is one of the most popular blade finishes, achieved by grinding the steel with fine-grained abrasives. Parallel micro-scratches remain on the surface, giving the knife a technical, matte appearance. Satin finishing has both aesthetic and practical significance - a smoothed blade is easier to clean, and the slightly reduced friction promotes smoother cutting. Depending on the direction and intensity of polishing, different effects are achieved - from a matte finish to an almost mirror-like finish. Satin is valued in both utility and collector's knives because it emphasizes the structure and quality of the steel while maintaining functionality.
