Sencut Vyrce Folding Knife - OD Green

Folding knife with a blade measuring 88.7 mm and a Clip Point profile. It was designed for everyday use and outdoor activities. The blade is made of wear-resistant D2 tool steel, and its surface is coated with a black protective coating.

The G10 laminate handle is lightweight yet durable. Its ergonomic profile helps the knife sit comfortably in the hand, while the textured surface supports a secure grip during use. The green scales stand out against the black blade, giving the tool a distinctive look.

D2 tool steel

The blade is made of high-carbon D2 tool steel. The material has been hardened to 59-61 HRC and is characterised by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. The high content of carbon and chromium ensures hardness, while molybdenum and vanadium improve durability.

clip-point blade with a protective coating

The model features a Clip-Point blade with a length of 88.7 mm. The edge is ground with a hollow grind. On the spine of the blade there is jimping that allows firm thumb placement and increases control over the blade while cutting. The surface of the blade is coated with a black protective coating.

Handle scales made of durable G10 laminate

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of green G10 laminate. The material is characterised by high mechanical strength and resistance to impacts, abrasion, and changing weather conditions. The textured finish of the scales ensures a secure and safe grip while working with the knife.

Liner Lock, flipper, and thumb stud

The knife is opened using an ambidextrous thumb stud. Alternatively, the tool can be deployed with a flipper, which in the open position acts as a small cross guard protecting the hand from slipping onto the edge. The knife opening process has been improved by the use of a ball bearing. In the open position, the blade is secured by a robust lock Liner Lock.

spring steel clip

Comfortable carrying of the tool is enabled by a spring steel tip-up clip that allows it to be easily attached to a belt, pocket edge, or other pieces of accoutrement. The clip can be mounted on the left or right side of the handle, allowing the user to adjust its position to their preferred carry side.

D2 feature
D2
D2 is a high-carbon tool steel classified as semi-stainless, characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. It achieves a hardness of 57-62 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. Its chemical composition is a precisely selected combination of elements: carbon (1.4-1.6%), chromium (11-13%), molybdenum (up to 0.8%), vanadium (up to 1%), manganese (up to 1%), and silicon (up to 1%). The high carbon and chromium content ensures hardness and wear resistance, while molybdenum and vanadium improve the strength and durability of the cutting edge. Although D2 steel is not completely stainless, its corrosion resistance is sufficient to meet the requirements of most conditions of use. It is widely used in the production of mid-range and high-end knives, including handmade knives and cutting tools.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
