SOG Trident AT Folding Knife - Blackout

Folding EDC (Every Day Carry) knife featuring a Clip-Point blade profile. The knife incorporates a glass breaker and a belt cutter for added functionality. Secured with an AT-XR Lock, the handle is outfitted with tough GRN laminate scales, and the pocket clip can be attached on either the right or left side for versatile carry options.

Featuring a Clip-Point blade crafted from CRYO D2 tool steel, this knife offers exceptional resistance to dulling. During the hardening process, the steel underwent cryogenic treatment, significantly improving its resistance to chipping and cracking. The blade is finished with a black Titanium Nitride coating, delivering a uniform surface with effective anti-reflective and corrosion-resistant properties. For enhanced control, a notched section on the spine of the blade (jimping) provides a secure resting place for the thumb during use.

Equipped with a robust AT-XR Lock, the knife ensures secure use by preventing accidental closure. Dual-sided thumb studs offer convenient blade deployment for both left and right-handed operators. Enhanced by a spring assisted mechanism AT (Assisted Technology), the blade deploys rapidly for immediate readiness. For added security, the SAFETY 2.0 safety feature is integrated as a button on the handle’s spine, effectively preventing unintended blade release.

A handle made of GRN with textured scales ensures a reliable and firm grip regardless of the environment. Everyday portability is enhanced by a resilient steel deep-carry clip that can be attached to either side of the knife, left or right. A glass breaker is integrated into the handle’s end, featuring a hole suitable for threading a rope.
