EDC folding knife designed for everyday carry. The substantial blade features a flat grind and is constructed from premium stainless steel CTS BD1. A generously sized thumb hole (a Spyderco patented and trademarked design) on the blade enables smooth, ambidextrous one-handed opening, even when gloves are worn.

Ergonomically contoured, the handle is crafted from moisture-resistant FRCP. The textured scales offer a secure, non-slip grip. Jimping—strategically placed notches on both the lower and upper sections of the handle—further enhances grip stability. A lanyard hole at the end accommodates a lanyard or decorative fob to secure or personalize the knife.

Equipped with an innovative cage ball lock, the mechanism reliably and conveniently secures the blade in place. Integrating a steel ball as the locking component significantly reduces unwanted blade movement.

A wire clip simplifies daily carry by allowing the knife to be worn in a tip-up orientation, with the blade tip pointing upward. The clip is reversible, mounting on either the left or right side for user preference.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Spyderco.

Spyderco is an American company based in Golden, Colorado, founded in 1976 by Sal and Gail Glesser. The brand's origins are linked to the invention of the “Portable Hand,” which gave rise to the company's name, and in 1978, the innovative Tri-Angle Sharpmaker® was introduced. The breakthrough came in 1981 with the launch of the C01 Worker knife - the world's first model with a carrying clip, the distinctive Spyderhole opening, and the serrated SpyderEdge blade. Spyderco was also a pioneer in the use of new materials, being the first to introduce CPM S60V powder steel and H-1 stainless steel, designed for use in marine environments. For years, the brand has been collaborating with renowned knifemakers, including Al Mar, Ernest Emerson, and Marcin Slysz, creating unique models that have gained iconic status. The stylized spider logo symbolizes both the company's origins and Spyderco's values: precision, innovation, and high performance.

For me, a very good knife. Light, handy, cuts great, decent steel with very good properties. Modern look, a very successful design. For some, it may look "cheap." After some time, I feel it's a great knife and the price is attractive. All in all, I liked it more in this version, I like handles made of polymers and composites different from the standard – G10 may be better for others, but for me it's a bit boring. Here, I like something different and it fits well in the hand. The blade has nice geometry, cuts super, and handles well. The steel itself is quite unusual in production, requiring advanced technology and modern knowledge to produce. I highly recommend it!!!

Very lightweight construction. Thanks to this, it will be an ideal everyday knife. Good steel, great mechanics, and the highest quality workmanship. Recommended for those searching for something more in a knife.

Great knife, guaranteed by the brand. Before buying, it’s worth considering the more expensive version with different scales. I recommend it.

Light, comfortable and beautiful. I don’t need to assure you of its sharpness, plus it keeps its edge forever. Extraordinary and durable steel, very practical. Worth your attention.

The knife is brilliant. I had the G10 version before but unfortunately, it was too heavy for me. Now I bought the FRN version and am very satisfied. That was a bullseye! I recommend it to everyone for everyday use.

As someone pointed out earlier, the handle is a bit disappointing. It feels somewhat like plastic. Also, the lock is hard to operate, and the price does not match the materials despite the brand.

Everything's okay. However, I would prefer G10 on the handle. It feels a bit cheap.

Sharp out of the box, but a bit stiff. I guess it will wear in during use. I will line it but it will only do so much.. It is very light - and well balanced with weight.. I love it. Also, spring wire clip has great tension so it sits firmly in pocket!!

One of the best Spyderco designs. Very ergonomic to use and lightweight. Highly recommend!!!
