Adjustable cuffs, vents
The Monsoon XT Gen.2 jacket features a front closure with a zipper. Broad flaps on either side of the zipper offer superior protection against wind and moisture. Adjustable cuffs secured with Velcro provide an enhanced fit at the wrists. Velcro panels positioned on the upper sleeves enable attachment of various patches or emblems, including national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches, adding a personalized touch to the garment.
Zippers along the sides act as vents when opened, improving airflow and granting easy access to gear worn underneath, such as items on a belt. Snap fasteners at the hem secure the jacket’s bottom, preventing the sides from opening unintentionally.
Deep hood, air/pac inserts

Gore-Tex is a thin membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), which features a microporous structure. Its structure makes it highly water- and wind-resistant, as well as breathable. The membrane's pores are 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor, which allows it to efficiently wick moisture to the outside. Gore-Tex is widely used in the production of outdoor clothing and footwear.
Air/Pac is a modern system in clothing, consisting of lightweight, insulating inserts placed on the shoulders and back. It provides additional insulation and evenly distributes the weight of carried gear such as a backpack or vest, increasing comfort.
