I bought this model as a gift for a sailor. Knowing the Victorinox brand, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Large and sturdy, the engraving option and its functions fully satisfied the recipient.
-
The pocket knife is generally of very good quality. Sometimes it replaces my smaller Spartan. The only minus, which I had already got used to in the Spartan, is that the 5mm screwdriver had a kind of lock (it was stiffer at two points), but this model doesn't have it. Other than that, no complaints.
-
Excellent pocket knife, very good steel, perfect sharpness of all tools, main blade lock flawless. Perfect for the forest, camping, fishing... and it looks nice too.

Victorinox always means top quality; I've had a smaller pocket knife (Victorinox Camper) for over 25 years (!) and even though I carry it every day in my pocket without a case, it works like the day I bought it. The Rangertip 79 Delamont is longer, so it's more "for special tasks" in the field—the quality is the same: the saw can cut large and hard branches, and the knife is sharp and opens easily with one hand. I especially recommend this model because it has all the most necessary tools (including a corkscrew ;), but it's not excessively "overloaded," so it's handy. Sits well in the hand. Absolutely worth its price!

A compact tool that allows for a lot of work and DIY with relative comfort. Good build quality and a very small size make it possible to always have it at hand.
-
The largest Victorinox there is. This is quite a chunk of knife and quite a chunk of saw. But I admit it's worth investing in, it does the job and does it great. I recommend it to everyone because it’s good gear.
-
The largest Victorinox in my collection. It’s hard to carry in a pants pocket but it’s great. Large, sharp blade and several useful tools in one. I recommend it.
-
I've had it for several years and it works great. The blade is long enough to handle even kitchen tasks in a pinch, the saw easily cuts through 5cm pieces of wood. The lock is easy to access but at the same time I never accidentally pressed it. I recommend it!

The Victorinox Rangergrip 79 Delamont knife is, in my opinion, one of the most practical knives in the Victorinox range. Large, fits very well in the hand, and extremely easy to operate one-handed. I can wholeheartedly recommend it—I always keep it at hand.

Photos do not do justice to what this pocket knife looks like in real life. The price may be a bit discouraging, but the quality of workmanship and appearance make up for how much this pocket knife costs. Perfect gift for a loved one or for a collection if someone collects knives.
-
A large pocket knife that can easily replace a folding knife. Additional functionalities like a corkscrew or screwdrivers are an extra advantage. The workmanship is excellent. I recommend it.
-
I recommend it. My next Victorinox. A sharp saw, a sharp knife. Good Philips screwdriver. It's nice to open with one hand, although it will be harder for left-handed people, but it's also possible with the left hand. Good finish. I recommend it.

Pocket knife purchased for 300 PLN. It is quite large for this type of equipment. Fits well in the hand, among other things due to the ergonomic handle overlays. The blade is very sharp (too bad the information about the steel used is well hidden, supposedly the hardness of this alloy is about 54 HRC, which I think is optimal for outdoors work). The wood saw does its job perfectly. Another big advantage is the tweezers and toothpick, which are hidden in the handle. The pocket knife has everything necessary. I am very satisfied.

A very good, functional and handy pocket knife. Large blade, excellent wood saw, well-profiled ergonomic handle. I recommend Victorinox pocket knives.
