The knife features a blade crafted from premium stainless tool steel CPM 20CV, exhibiting a hardness of 58-60 HRC achieved through particle metallurgy. With a uniform structure and optimized chemical composition, this steel offers an exceptional combination of superior strength and corrosion resistance. Elevated levels of chromium contribute to both hardness and protection against rust, while the incorporation of tungsten and vanadium enhances durability and edge retention by generating robust carbides within the steel matrix. Even at high hardness, the blade maintains impressive impact resistance, reducing the risk of cracking or chipping under rigorous use.

The knife handle is constructed from 6AL4V titanium, offering complete corrosion resistance and delivering high strength while maintaining minimal weight. Its ergonomic profile ensures a safe and comfortable hold, while the smooth, rounded edges help prevent hand fatigue and accidental nicks during extended use. At the end of the handle, a lanyard hole is incorporated for easy attachment of a cord.

The knife features a Crossbar Lock, which utilizes a crossbar peg that overlaps the blade’s spine. Enhanced stability is achieved through two compression springs. To disengage the lock, simply pull back the peg, which is conveniently accessible due to specially designed cutouts in the handle scales. When closed, the peg rests against the blade surface, effectively preventing accidental blade deployment. Notable for its exceptional resistance to heavy impacts, the locking mechanism offers excellent durability against contamination and user-friendly operation for both right- and left-handed individuals. The blade operates on an integrated ceramic ball bearing for smooth opening.

Featuring a durable titanium Deep Carry clip, the knife enables discreet, secure pocket carry in the tip-up (blade up) configuration. The clip is removable and can be repositioned for left-handed use, making it highly versatile for various users.
