The Sparrow 303 backpack is an extremely versatile backpack. It is perfect for 1-2 day trips outdoors. In my opinion, it is better than the "regular" Sparrow thanks to the side pockets for a bottle, trekking poles, tripod, etc. It doesn't have such large MOLLE panels, but the large outer pockets replace pouches attached to the straps. There's also an elastic band on the lower pocket for carrying, for example, a jacket. After detaching the hip belt, it can also be used as a city backpack.
Wisport Sparrow 303 Backpack 30 l - Black
Compact 30-liter survival and military backpack crafted from rugged 500D Cordura. The main compartment, along with two front pockets, features two-way zippers from Belgian brand Kroko, complemented by protective flaps.
Spacious main compartment, numerous pockets and practical compartments
Inside the main compartment, there are two flat, mesh-lined zippered pockets on the flap, while an elastic flat pocket is located on the back panel (against the back). Access to the main compartment is provided by a zipper that opens the flap along three edges, allowing it to lie flat.
On the upper front pocket, measuring 28 x 18 x 6 cm, there is a Velcro panel for attaching emblems or Morale Patches. Inside the pocket, there is an organizer with six compartments of various sizes and a flat mesh pocket with a zipper closure. Elastic loops sewn onto the compartments allow for convenient and quick access to items such as writing utensils.
On the lower pocket, measuring 28 x 26 x 6 cm, there is a drawstring, useful for securing additional gear that won’t fit inside the backpack. A wide Velcro panel is sewn inside the pocket, to which you can attach, for example, a detachable first-aid kit—thanks to this solution, the attached gear will always stay in the same place.
On the sides of the backpack, there are also two elastic side pockets that can hold a water bottle or other handy accessories. On the bottom, there is a flat pocket with a Velcro closure where you can store items such as a rain cover or a folding mat. Four frame buckles are also attached to the bottom, which, when used with additional straps, allow for convenient transport of items such as a sleeping pad.
AFS panel made of EVA foam, lightweight frame, quick release adjustable suspenders
The integration of a Profiled AFS (Air Foam System—rapid-drying EVA foam featuring closed-cell construction, resistant to moisture and dirt) along with a durable fiberglass frame fitted into a dedicated rear channel, in combination with detachable chest and hip straps, forms a carrying system that guarantees superb backpack stability. Enhanced comfort is further provided by quick-release, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps with adjustable length.
Special pocket for hydration system
A zippered compartment for a hydration bladder (camelbak) is located on the exterior of the back panel, featuring a dedicated hose port and two attachment points (one on each shoulder strap) for securing the hose. Positioned above the hose port, an additional loop is stitched in for hanging the backpack.
Compression straps for adjustment, MOLLE system, carrying handle
Compression straps secured with fastex buckles enable the backpack to be adjusted according to its load. A large, reinforced carry handle is positioned at the top.
PALS straps from the MOLLE system are stitched onto both the sides and the shoulder straps, facilitating the attachment of essential gear to the backpack’s exterior.
5-year warranty, Pin and Velcro patch included in the set
The set includes an aviation checkerboard pin and a patch featuring the 303rd Squadron’s emblem.
The backpack comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Hi. I bought the backpack over a month ago and since then I have been using it every day in various conditions. This backpack is very good, it has nice and functional pockets where I can pack whatever I need for the day. The backpack is appropriately stiff so you don't carry it like a hanging rag on your back. The zippers work well so far, but they tend to catch, although this is probably because they are hidden under the collar—in any case, it's not a problem. I think the backpack will serve its purpose as a workhorse for everyday use in various conditions. The carrying system is good, although honestly, I don't quite understand why the sponge that touches the back snags on the belt or just pants—maybe it's a matter of my height or the length setting of the straps. I rate the backpack as very good, but definitely too expensive. I think 400 PLN would be the maximum it should cost. Greetings to all military enthusiasts.

The backpack is very durable and has many practical pockets that are well designed. The stiffening makes it keep its shape regardless of the contents. The quality of workmanship is high – even after a year it looks like new. It's comfortable to use, and the foam on the back does its job well. The RAL 7013 color looks great.

I love this backpack! I had the regular version of the Sparrow, which was also great, but as an everyday or city backpack, this less tactical version is better.
-
If you are looking for a backpack that will be more suited for the city than for the outdoors (of course, this is not a total disqualification for outdoor use), you have just found one, and it is still a great Wisport :)
-
The backpack is quite expensive, but the high price corresponds to the high quality of workmanship and materials used. It's a redesigned version of the classic Sparrow, the project is well thought out and ergonomic. The capacity is sufficient for everyday use, not too small, not too big. It will also work well for a short trip. I recommend it to anyone looking for a universal backpack. In wz.93 color it looks very good, but that's a matter of taste.

The backpack is a nice version for everyday use. It differs from the regular Sparrow in the side pockets for bottles and compartments that are more convenient for daily use. It’s a shame that it’s so expensive, but it’s really super functional and very durable.
-
Comfortable and also quite spacious. The back pocket and the stiffening rod, which is not fully covered, are the only drawbacks I noticed. Nevertheless, it's worth buying during the ongoing promotion.

The backpack is made with great attention to detail. The stitching is of high quality, and the whole backpack seems durable and strong. I chose it for various uses – I use it at work, during travel, and on trips. As a former soldier, I wanted a backpack that wouldn't look too military or make me look like someone trying to return to the army. This model perfectly meets those expectations – it is practical and doesn't stand out with a military style. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
-
I have already had many backpacks from various brands (Camelback, Highlander, Pentagon, and others), but I consider this one the best – I immediately bought a second one. The backpack is very durable, the capacity exactly matches the described volume, and thanks to the numerous pockets it is extremely practical. I use it every day for work and walks. Really great product!

This is a great backpack – very durable, feature-rich, comfortable and well thought out in terms of design. This is already my second Wisport backpack, the previous one lasted almost twenty years of regular use. If this one is just as durable, I probably won't ever buy another backpack of this size – that prospect is a bit overwhelming. In summary, the product stands out for its very high quality, and I feel satisfied that I can support a brand that makes its products in Poland, instead of outsourcing production abroad.
-
The backpack is spacious, especially the main compartment. The two front compartments are also quite large, material is very good. The two side pockets are stretchable for drinks, all of this makes this backpack great.
-
Very good quality, spacious backpack, and although it looks simple, it's solidly made. The material seems durable, there are no plastic linings inside the pockets, and there is enough space. So far, it is really nice to wear—how long will it last? We'll see ;) But I recommend it.
-
Great backpack, very sturdy. The pocket layout is practical, and the dividers between them are very solid. The mesh pockets in the main compartment are very sturdy, to my pleasant surprise. The only problem is that the zipper is sewn the other way around than usual, so it wears out faster. After less than a year of use (I use it for school), the threads holding the zipper teeth have completely worn out in the main compartment at the corners of the backpack.

Great backpack. Large and well-made. As for its utility, in my case, a separate laptop compartment in the main pocket would be better, instead of a small pocket with an elastic band. But that's a personal preference, depending on how you use it (for me, it's an urban backpack). I also miss Velcro straps in the main compartment (for attaching additional inserts), but that's also a personal preference. Overall, it's worth every penny, very well-made, spacious, with the ability to adjust compression to the load, and with good internal organization. I was a bit surprised by its weight, but the comfortable shoulder straps more than make up for it. The backpack is great to carry, even when fully packed.
