I use this backpack every day—for work, for training, and sometimes for a quick trip out of town—and I have to admit that it is really comfortable. It is easy to carry, even when it is quite full, and all those pockets make life much easier because everything has its place and you do not have to search for long. It fits nicely on the back, does not dig in, and does not cause fatigue. This is the kind of backpack that simply gets the job done—nothing more, nothing less. I am very satisfied with this purchase and sincerely recommend it.

Wisport Sparrow 303 Backpack 30 l - Olive Green
A compact 30-liter survival and military backpack, made of durable 500D Cordura. The main compartment and two front pockets are closed with two-way zippers from the Belgian brand Kroko, which are equipped with zipper covers.
Spacious main compartment, numerous pockets and practical compartments
Inside the main compartment, there are two flat, mesh-lined pockets with zippers on the flap, while an elastic flat pocket is located on the back panel (against the back). Access to the main compartment is provided by a zipper that opens the flap along three edges, allowing it to lie flat.
On the upper front pocket, measuring 28 x 18 x 6 cm, there is a Velcro panel for attaching emblems or Morale Patches. Inside the pocket, there is an organizer with six compartments of various sizes and a flat mesh pocket with a zipper closure. Elastic loops sewn onto the compartments allow for convenient and quick access to items such as writing utensils.
On the lower pocket, measuring 28 x 26 x 6 cm, there is a drawstring, useful for securing additional gear that won’t fit inside the backpack. A wide Velcro panel is sewn inside the pocket, to which you can attach, for example, a detachable first-aid kit—thanks to this solution, the attached gear will always stay in the same place.
On the sides of the backpack, there are also two elastic side pockets that can hold a water bottle or other handy accessories. On the bottom, there is a flat pocket with a Velcro closure where you can store items such as a rain cover or a folding mat. Four frame buckles are also attached to the bottom, which, when used with additional straps, allow for convenient transport of items such as a sleeping pad.
AFS panel made of EVA foam, lightweight frame, quick release adjustable suspenders
The contoured AFS back panel (Air Foam System - quick-drying, closed-cell EVA foam that does not absorb moisture or dirt) and a resilient fiberglass frame inserted into a special channel on the back, combined with a detachable chest and hip belt, form a carrying system that ensures the backpack’s stability. Comfort is also enhanced by quick-release, contoured shoulder straps with adjustable length.
Special pocket for hydration system
On the outside of the back panel, the backpack features a zippered pocket for a water tank (CamelBak), an opening for the hose, and two loops (one on each shoulder strap) for securing it. An additional loop for hanging the backpack is also sewn above the hose opening.
Compression straps for adjustment, MOLLE system, carrying handle
Compression straps equipped with Fastex buckles allow you to adjust the backpack’s size to fit its contents. There is a wide carrying handle on top.
PALS straps of the MOLLE attachment system are sewn onto the sides and shoulder straps, allowing you to carry urgent need gear on the outside of the backpack.
5-year warranty, Pin and Velcro patch included in the set

The Sparrow 303 backpack is an extremely versatile backpack. It is perfect for 1-2 day trips outdoors. In my opinion, it is better than the "regular" Sparrow thanks to the side pockets for a bottle, trekking poles, tripod, etc. It doesn't have such large MOLLE panels, but the large outer pockets replace pouches attached to the straps. There's also an elastic band on the lower pocket for carrying, for example, a jacket. After detaching the hip belt, it can also be used as a city backpack.

Hi. I bought the backpack over a month ago and since then I have been using it every day in various conditions. This backpack is very good, it has nice and functional pockets where I can pack whatever I need for the day. The backpack is appropriately stiff so you don't carry it like a hanging rag on your back. The zippers work well so far, but they tend to catch, although this is probably because they are hidden under the collar—in any case, it's not a problem. I think the backpack will serve its purpose as a workhorse for everyday use in various conditions. The carrying system is good, although honestly, I don't quite understand why the sponge that touches the back snags on the belt or just pants—maybe it's a matter of my height or the length setting of the straps. I rate the backpack as very good, but definitely too expensive. I think 400 PLN would be the maximum it should cost. Greetings to all military enthusiasts.

I bought the backpack shortly after its release. For me personally, the improvements, organization, side bottle pockets, and the new back panel are exactly the things I had been missing in previous models. Unfortunately, the price went up while the quality of the materials went down. The zippers stopped working after less than a year of use limited to commuting to work and short trips. The edging is fraying. The bottom is wearing through. The zipper covers often get caught in the zipper and jam it (when it was still working). I couldn’t get through to the complaints department despite many attempts; fortunately, a local seamstress came to the rescue. I don’t know what has happened at Wisport over the last few years, but this company’s older gear was and still is virtually indestructible. My previous Sparrow 30 bravely handles everything - survival, bushcraft, urbex. Rugged, reliable, and cheaper - it has still been serving me for many years, and in much harsher conditions. The Sparrow 303 didn’t last a year of carrying my lunch to work despite costing much more money. And that’s a shame, because the design is really excellent.

The backpack is quite expensive, but the high price corresponds to the high quality of workmanship and materials used. It's a redesigned version of the classic Sparrow, the project is well thought out and ergonomic. The capacity is sufficient for everyday use, not too small, not too big. It will also work well for a short trip. I recommend it to anyone looking for a universal backpack. In wz.93 color it looks very good, but that's a matter of taste.
