The upgraded edition of the renowned Sparrow model! This rugged, compact survival and tactical backpack features a 20 l capacity and is crafted from 500D Cordura in RAL 6003. Inspired by the popular urban Raven, its construction has been optimized for demanding outdoor operations.
Crafted from robust 500D Cordura, the construction provides exceptional resistance to mechanical wear, such as abrasion and tearing, greatly enhancing the backpack’s longevity in challenging environments.
The Sparrow II features two large compartments. Within the main 17 l compartment, four D-rings are integrated into the back panel to secure additional gear. The secondary compartment is outfitted with a modernized organizer designed to keep small items systematically arranged. Mesh pockets inside the main section are equipped with zippered closures. The lid is fitted with a flat pocket that matches the size of the main compartment and offers a depth of about 4 cm, ideal for storing maps, documents, or a compact laptop. An extra small flat pocket is positioned on the front of the lid.
A hydration bladder hook is situated inside the backpack, along with a hose port and two hose attachment points—one on each shoulder strap.
A two-way zipper serves as the main closure of the backpack, extending along three sides of the lid to ensure generous access to the interior of both the main and secondary compartments. All zippers are crafted to be high-quality and wear-resistant, equipped with textile pullers for convenient operation when wearing gloves or in challenging conditions. The main compartments and front pocket zippers are shielded by protective flaps, offering additional defense against water and debris.
The ACS – Air Comfort System suspension system delivers optimal structural stability, outstanding wearing comfort, and efficient back ventilation. Additional comfort is provided by anatomically contoured, quick-release, and adjustable shoulder straps along with a chest strap. Strap interiors are crafted from dense, snag-resistant fabric.
On each side of the backpack, there are two adjustable compression straps equipped with 30 mm fastex buckles. These enable volume customization and secure external equipment such as a jacket, tarp, sleeping mat, or camouflage net. At the top of the main compartment, a broad and lengthy carry handle ensures easy transport.
MOLLE/PALS webbing is positioned on the front, bottom, and sides of the backpack, allowing for quick attachment of extra pouches or gear that must be accessed with urgent need.
Located on the front of the backpack, a velcro panel enables easy attachment of patches or emblems, including national flags, unit badges, or morale patches.
