At the moment I don’t see a better firestarter; it’s simply awesome. Another plus is the color scheme. In my opinion, this can’t be lost — it’s impossible to lose something in such an intense orange color. Practical and visible. And very important. A POLISH PRODUCT.

Durable rod and stainless steel spark gap
A rod with dimensions of 9.5 x 72 mm enables you to generate flint sparks over a much broader surface (compared to more compact variants), making it possible to ignite a fire up to 3,000 times. Constructed from premium stainless steel and hardened to a toughness of 56-58 HRC, the spark rod is equipped with two curled edges designed for effective flaring. Only two strokes are needed to create sparks reaching temperatures of 3,000 degrees Celsius, which, when directed onto a properly prepared fire starter, can ignite a flame even under extreme cold or intense rainfall.
Compact size and safety cable

The best fire starter. It throws a powerful shower of sparks thanks to the excellent striker, which is also angled so that when striking it rests against the ground instead of smothering the flame. I don’t recommend the green color, it’s very easy to lose it in the grass ; )

At the moment, I don't see a better fire starter, this one is simply amazing! The shower of sparks is huge, the rod is massive, and the scraper has very good, sharp edges which make it so effective. I definitely recommend a bright color because it's very easy to lose a fire starter in the grass, and it would be a shame to lose it.

Expensive, but made in Poland and...an amazing fire starter. Probably the best I've had, even kids use it willingly and quickly. And finally a striker that doesn't need to be replaced with a knife, fantastic. Also, it was made by a Pole for Poles, which is extremely important these days. I recommend it.

Someone recommended it somewhere on YouTube, but I wasn't convinced. Only after I got my hands on it during training as part of wGotowości did I decide that I should have one myself. Long enough rod that doesn't make you struggle with the striker to get sparks, while not destroying what you've scraped off the bark. One of the best on the market, really worth it.

I happen to own the model in orange; some people may not like how it looks, but in forest conditions, if it is accidentally lost, it will be easy to spot among leaves or grass like that. I have owned various fire starters in different price ranges, both cheaper and more expensive, and out of all of them, this is the fire starter I could recommend.

Mig-Mag Belt Flint - Black - Fantastic, an excellent fire starter, thick, with a lot of material and a great striker made of solid sheet metal. The sparks fly like from Vesuvius!!! Because of my work I have already used many fire starters, but Mig-Mag is definitely the best Polish fire starter I have had so far. The price is not low, but quality costs.
