A great solution for people who need a small but functional first aid kit. It takes up little space, and access to the contents is quick and convenient. The materials seem durable. The only downside is the fairly tight interior, which means reorganizing all the contents takes a bit of patience. Solid workmanship.

Direct Action Compact Med Pouch Horizontal First Aid Kit - Multicam Tropic
Tactical first aid kit designed for carrying and storing an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Made from durable, damage-resistant 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. Its compact shape makes it suitable for use with modern tactical systems without restricting mobility during operations.
durable Cordura 500D and Nylon 210D
The first aid kit is made from a combination of 210D nylon and 500D Cordura. The material is highly resistant to abrasion, mechanical damage, and long-term use in demanding field conditions. The design protects the contents from mechanical damage while keeping the overall weight of the container low.
Horizontal opening, internal organizer
The first aid kit features a quick-release system that allows for immediate, one-handed opening. The inner pocket is equipped with a Velcro closure and a system of elastic straps to secure the contents, which makes it easier to organize medical supplies and prevents them from shifting during transport. The elastic side straps allow for volume adjustment and a better fit for the medical supplies being carried. An additional lower compartment is designed to hold a tourniquet.
MOLLE mounting system
Compatibility with MOLLE/PALS mounting system allows the pouch to be attached to a vest, backpack or other accouterment. Two paracord loops enable mounting on belts up to 45 mm wide. The Velcro panel with laser-cut "MED" marking ensures quick identification of the pouch and allows for attaching various emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia or morale patches.

MultiCam Tropic camouflage
MultiCam Tropic is a MultiCam variant developed for operations in dense, forested environments. Its colour palette features various shades of green—from light lime to deep forest green—allowing effective blending into lush jungle vegetation. The pattern is engineered to reduce the wearer’s visibility in both visible and infrared spectrums, making it an effective camouflage solution in tropical conditions. In Poland, MultiCam Tropic is gaining popularity among military and airsoft enthusiasts by offering effective concealment in local forests.

Cordura
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
System MOLLE
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS system
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

The first aid kit is very well thought out. The deployment system works smoothly, it is solid and convenient to use. The tourniquet holder secures it firmly, and inside, the entire necessary IFAK equipment fits without any problem. Another good product from DA.

A solid IFAK, I recommend buying a pouch for scissors (also from Direct Action) that attaches to the back wall of the sliding module, so you don't have to worry about them falling out.

The set didn't last me long – I got it on Wednesday, and by Friday I had already lost it while using it outdoors. The first aid kit fell out of the holder attached to my belt at the back. Taking it out requires a bit of force. Next time, I'll go for a case with a Velcro fastener instead of the quick-release option.

The first aid kit is very compact and well made. The biggest advantage is the insert removal system – it works instantly and smoothly, which is crucial in emergency medicine. Putting everything back in is a bit more difficult. There is really little space and you have to work hard to fit the equipment so that everything fits smoothly back into the sleeve. It holds the absolute minimum medical supplies, but for a low profile kit on a vest, it’s just right.

For some turbo users, the size might indeed be too small, but for a modest officer who needs basic supplies in case SHTF, it is perfect. It works very well with other pouches on the belt, of which I have a few there, and as a compact person, I don't have much space on the belt.

A very well-made first aid kit. The quality is at a high level. I returned mine only because of its size, as it was a bit too small for my needs. However, all the basic items needed for treating injuries that need to be taken care of quickly can fit in there without any problem.

A first-rate tactical first aid kit. The concept and design are based on real-life experience. The materials and workmanship are of a very high standard. The limited capacity, resulting from the concept, requires a thoughtful selection of equipment components. I recommend the product and the Militaria.pl store.

Great, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit in everything I always want to have with me – whether at the range, in the woods, or in the mountains. The material is quite solid, well sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.

Very good first aid kit. Fits great on the belt and is very compact. Unfortunately, this means you can't fit too much in it. After putting in an Israeli bandage, nasopharyngeal tube, and triangular bandage, there was really not much space left.

Direct Action as usual is on fire, brilliant first aid kit, small and compact for the most important medications, a cool feature is a special place for a tactical tourniquet, but I think the kit itself could fit more snugly in the pouch, it doesn't really fall out but I haven't had the chance to run with it yet, we'll see how it performs, for now though I think the workmanship deserves 5 stars.

Very good pouch for a first aid kit. For me, the size is ideal. Solid material, seems resistant to tearing. Zippers work nicely, fits everything I wanted. I personally recommend it.

Direct Action needs no introduction, the quality is top-notch. This is already my second first aid kit – the first one is perfectly fine, I’m just buying another for a different belt in a different camo. I recommend it to anyone who's hesitating.
