Medical pouch designed for the transport and storage of individual medical supplies. Constructed with rugged and wear-resistant 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. Well-suited for use during hiking, camping, airsoft, or for daily carry.

A detachable internal insert ensures swift and convenient access to the contents. Internal elastic drawcords assist in keeping items organized. The lower compartment is specifically designed for a tourniquet. Full compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting platform allows secure attachment to vests, backpacks, or other gear. Two paracord loops at the rear secure the pouch to belts up to 45mm in width.

A Velcro panel featuring a laser-cut "MED" marking enhances the ease of identification and enables attachment of morale patches, unit insignia, national flags, or similar emblems.

    A solid IFAK, I recommend buying a pouch for scissors (also from Direct Action) that attaches to the back wall of the sliding module, so you don't have to worry about them falling out.

    The set didn't last me long – I got it on Wednesday, and by Friday I had already lost it while using it outdoors. The first aid kit fell out of the holder attached to my belt at the back. Taking it out requires a bit of force. Next time, I'll go for a case with a Velcro fastener instead of the quick-release option.

    The first aid kit is very compact and well made. The biggest advantage is the insert removal system – it works instantly and smoothly, which is crucial in emergency medicine. Putting everything back in is a bit more difficult. There is really little space and you have to work hard to fit the equipment so that everything fits smoothly back into the sleeve. It holds the absolute minimum medical supplies, but for a low profile kit on a vest, it’s just right.

    For some turbo users, the size might indeed be too small, but for a modest officer who needs basic supplies in case SHTF, it is perfect. It works very well with other pouches on the belt, of which I have a few there, and as a compact person, I don't have much space on the belt.

    Very good first aid kit. Fits great on the belt and is very compact. Unfortunately, this means you can't fit too much in it. After putting in an Israeli bandage, nasopharyngeal tube, and triangular bandage, there was really not much space left.

    Direct Action as usual is on fire, brilliant first aid kit, small and compact for the most important medications, a cool feature is a special place for a tactical tourniquet, but I think the kit itself could fit more snugly in the pouch, it doesn't really fall out but I haven't had the chance to run with it yet, we'll see how it performs, for now though I think the workmanship deserves 5 stars.
