A solid IFAK, I recommend buying a pouch for scissors (also from Direct Action) that attaches to the back wall of the sliding module, so you don't have to worry about them falling out.
Medical pouch engineered for transporting and securing personal medical supplies. Constructed from robust and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. Perfect choice for hiking, camping, airsoft operations, or daily applications.
A detachable inner pouch ensures swift and effortless access to stored items. Internal elastic drawstrings provide organized arrangement of contents. An extra lower section is specifically designed to hold a tourniquet. Compatibility with MOLLE/PALS mounting system allows for secure attachment to vests, backpacks, or other gear. Two paracord loops permit fastening to belts up to 45 mm in width.
A Velcro panel featuring a laser-cut "MED" marking enables fast recognition of the pouch and offers space for emblems, such as national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches.

Camouflage Woodland
Woodland, commonly referred to as U.S. Woodland or M81, represents a timeless camouflage design first adopted by the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, deriving from the earlier ERDL pattern. Serving as the standard camouflage of the US military for more than twenty years, it remained in widespread use until the close of the first decade of the 21st century. The design features prominent, irregular blotches in various shades of green, brown, beige, and black, delivering excellent concealment and disruption capabilities, particularly effective in forested environments. Owing to its proven effectiveness and worldwide recognition, numerous adaptations have emerged, utilized across more than 60 different military uniforms internationally. In addition to its military legacy, the pattern has exerted significant influence on popular culture, transitioning from strictly tactical use to mainstream everyday apparel.

The set didn't last me long – I got it on Wednesday, and by Friday I had already lost it while using it outdoors. The first aid kit fell out of the holder attached to my belt at the back. Taking it out requires a bit of force. Next time, I'll go for a case with a Velcro fastener instead of the quick-release option.
-
The first aid kit is very compact and well made. The biggest advantage is the insert removal system – it works instantly and smoothly, which is crucial in emergency medicine. Putting everything back in is a bit more difficult. There is really little space and you have to work hard to fit the equipment so that everything fits smoothly back into the sleeve. It holds the absolute minimum medical supplies, but for a low profile kit on a vest, it’s just right.

For some turbo users, the size might indeed be too small, but for a modest officer who needs basic supplies in case SHTF, it is perfect. It works very well with other pouches on the belt, of which I have a few there, and as a compact person, I don't have much space on the belt.
-
A very well-made first aid kit. The quality is at a high level. I returned mine only because of its size, as it was a bit too small for my needs. However, all the basic items needed for treating injuries that need to be taken care of quickly can fit in there without any problem.
-
A first-rate tactical first aid kit. The concept and design are based on real-life experience. The materials and workmanship are of a very high standard. The limited capacity, resulting from the concept, requires a thoughtful selection of equipment components. I recommend the product and the Militaria.pl store.

Great, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit in everything I always want to have with me – whether at the range, in the woods, or in the mountains. The material is quite solid, well sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.
-
Very good first aid kit. Fits great on the belt and is very compact. Unfortunately, this means you can't fit too much in it. After putting in an Israeli bandage, nasopharyngeal tube, and triangular bandage, there was really not much space left.
-
Direct Action as usual is on fire, brilliant first aid kit, small and compact for the most important medications, a cool feature is a special place for a tactical tourniquet, but I think the kit itself could fit more snugly in the pouch, it doesn't really fall out but I haven't had the chance to run with it yet, we'll see how it performs, for now though I think the workmanship deserves 5 stars.

Very good pouch for a first aid kit. For me, the size is ideal. Solid material, seems resistant to tearing. Zippers work nicely, fits everything I wanted. I personally recommend it.

Direct Action needs no introduction, the quality is top-notch. This is already my second first aid kit – the first one is perfectly fine, I’m just buying another for a different belt in a different camo. I recommend it to anyone who's hesitating.
-
Direct Action Compact Med Pouch Horizontal – great build quality, the tear-off is intuitive and secure. Roomy despite the first impression that the pouch is very small.

Very well sewn/designed first aid kit. Fits basic medical supplies. Takes up little space on the belt and is easy to pull out. In my opinion, the price is OK for such a product.
