A tactical medical pouch engineered for the transport and storage of personal medical essentials. Constructed from robust, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and 210D nylon, the pouch offers reliability whether trekking, camping, engaging in airsoft, or for daily carry.

Featuring a removable inner insert, the pouch enables rapid and convenient access to its contents. Internal elastic drawstrings ensure organized arrangement of medical supplies. A dedicated bottom compartment accommodates a tourniquet. Full MOLLE/PALS compatibility allows secure attachment to vests, backpacks, or other gear. Dual paracord loops provide the option to mount the pouch on belts up to 45 mm in width.

A Velcro panel with a precision laser-cut "MED" marking aids rapid identification and offers space to display emblems, such as national flags, unit badges, or Morale Patches.

    A solid IFAK, I recommend buying a pouch for scissors (also from Direct Action) that attaches to the back wall of the sliding module, so you don't have to worry about them falling out.

    The set didn't last me long – I got it on Wednesday, and by Friday I had already lost it while using it outdoors. The first aid kit fell out of the holder attached to my belt at the back. Taking it out requires a bit of force. Next time, I'll go for a case with a Velcro fastener instead of the quick-release option.

    The first aid kit is very compact and well made. The biggest advantage is the insert removal system – it works instantly and smoothly, which is crucial in emergency medicine. Putting everything back in is a bit more difficult. There is really little space and you have to work hard to fit the equipment so that everything fits smoothly back into the sleeve. It holds the absolute minimum medical supplies, but for a low profile kit on a vest, it’s just right.

    For some turbo users, the size might indeed be too small, but for a modest officer who needs basic supplies in case SHTF, it is perfect. It works very well with other pouches on the belt, of which I have a few there, and as a compact person, I don't have much space on the belt.

    Very good first aid kit. Fits great on the belt and is very compact. Unfortunately, this means you can't fit too much in it. After putting in an Israeli bandage, nasopharyngeal tube, and triangular bandage, there was really not much space left.

    Direct Action as usual is on fire, brilliant first aid kit, small and compact for the most important medications, a cool feature is a special place for a tactical tourniquet, but I think the kit itself could fit more snugly in the pouch, it doesn't really fall out but I haven't had the chance to run with it yet, we'll see how it performs, for now though I think the workmanship deserves 5 stars.
