Carinthia D 600X Large Right Sleeping Bag - Black
Durable sleeping bag, in black, with a mummy-type construction, ensuring a comfortable body position and unrestricted movement during sleep. The outer layer is made of high-quality Shellproof Ultra material, while the inner layer is made of Shelltex Ultra material. The D 600X model is filled with 95/5 CQ-Down snow goose down. The version with the zipper on the right side in size L measures 230 x 82 x 53 cm.
Temperatures and conditions of use
The operating temperatures of the Carinthia D 600X sleeping bag specified in accordance with ISO 23537-1/EN 13537:
- T-comfort: -5 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: -12 degrees Celsius - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -32 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which you can survive in the sleeping bag. This is not a value recommended for standard use.
Shellproof Ultra and Shelltex Ultra material
The outer layer uses lightweight and durable Shellproof Ultra material with a Rip-Stop structure coated with a polyurethane (PU) layer, which helps limit moisture penetration into the sleeping bag and wicks moisture to the outside. The inside uses lightweight Shelltex Ultra material, which is characterised by high breathability and hydrophobic properties, ensuring greater sleeping comfort. In addition, its special structure limits the escape of the natural filling to the outside.
G-Loft, 95/5 CQ-Down filling
The D 600X model is filled with 95/5 CQ-Down snow goose down, which is very lightweight, providing very good thermal insulation and high loft at the level of 600 cuin (cubic inches). The down has been placed in H-chambers, which prevent it from shifting and ensure even protection against the cold. The DIScover system (Dry Insulation System) protects the filling against moisture by using the sleeping bag's outer construction. It limits the accumulation of condensed water vapour in the down, which helps preserve its thermal insulation properties.
Zipper on the left side, Anti Snag system
The sleeping bag is equipped with a two-way zipper positioned on the left side, allowing full opening. Thanks to the Anti Snag system, the material does not catch in the zipper. A velcro flap placed at the top of the zipper prevents it from unfastening during sleep. Inside there is a small pocket for storing small items.
Integrated hood protecting against the cold
The built-in hood in the sleeping bag increases thermal protection by wrapping around the head and preventing heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape also provides additional protection against wind and moisture.
Convenient transport and storage
When packed, the sleeping bag takes up little space, which makes transport and storage easier. Its folded dimensions are 21 x 21 cm, and it weighs only 1100 g, so it can be carried conveniently without excessively burdening your luggage.

It combines waterproofing and windproofing with breathability, allowing wicking away of moisture and the passage of gases without the need to open the ventilation holes. Oxygen and CO2 can freely pass through the material, ensuring comfort and effective insulation. An additional advantage is the second, detachable outer layer, which allows for quick removal of water or ice accumulating between the layers.
