Vertical first aid pouch specifically crafted for holding and transporting an individual medical kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit), constructed from highly durable 500D Cordura and laminate fabric, resistant to abrasion and tearing. The kit features a two-part design, comprising a protective pouch and an internal organizer.

Secured by a Velcro-fastened flap, the pocket’s front displays a prominent, laser-cut "MED" insignia that also serves as a Velcro panel for attaching patches. The detachable internal organizer allows immediate and convenient access to contents, while elastic loops and dividers ensure efficient item separation. Exterior Shockcord-style cords enable compression of the pack and prevent items from slipping out while in transit.

Full compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system makes it possible to secure the kit to tactical vests or other modular equipment. Two additional paracord loops offer the option to attach the pouch to a tactical belt up to 45 mm wide.

In my opinion, a great cover for a first aid kit, easy access, compact size for immediate aid supplies. Unfortunately, the price is very high for the class of product, but that's the only downside. If a promotion takes place, the product is definitely worth considering.
