description

Vertical first aid pouch crafted for storing and transporting IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) medical supplies, constructed from highly durable, tear- and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. The kit comprises a dual-component structure featuring both an external container and an interior organizer.

Secured by a Velcro flap, the pocket provides fast access. The front panel is adorned with a prominent, laser-cut "MED" inscription, which doubles as a Velcro panel ready for patch placement. Inside, the detachable organizer guarantees rapid access to medical items, while integrated elastic loops and compartments ensure organized storage. Exterior shockcord-style cords enable effective package compression, keeping contents secure during movement.

Compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, allowing attachment to tactical vests or other gear components. Two paracord loops facilitate securing the pouch to tactical belts up to 45 mm wide.

Review for model:

In my opinion, a great cover for a first aid kit, easy access, compact size for immediate aid supplies. Unfortunately, the price is very high for the class of product, but that's the only downside. If a promotion takes place, the product is definitely worth considering.

Review for model:

Nice first aid kit, fits the standard IP med equipment, a big advantage is that it only takes up 2 MOLLE sections on the belt instead of 4. You can quickly remove the insert, and putting it back in isn’t much of a problem either. After packing the medical supplies inside, it’s about the size of a double magazine pouch :)

Review for model:

It fits perfectly on the side section of Direct Action chest rigs. Very clever design, good quality workmanship. Contrary to appearances, it is quite spacious. Probably the only first aid kit on the market designed for two MOLLE columns.
