Vertical first aid pouch engineered for holding and carrying an individual medical kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). Crafted from highly durable, abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. The first aid pouch is comprised of two main elements: an external pouch and an internal organizer.

The compartment secures with a Velcro flap. Featured on the front is a laser-cut, oversized "MED" insignia, which also functions as a Velcro panel for patch attachment. The detachable internal organizer ensures fast and easy access to medical supplies, with elastic bands and storage sections enabling efficient organization. External Shockcord type lines allow for compression of the kit, keeping the contents securely in place during transport.

Full MOLLE/PALS system compatibility offers mounting options on tactical vests or other modular platforms. Two paracord loops also facilitate attachment to tactical belts up to 45 mm wide.

In my opinion, a great cover for a first aid kit, easy access, compact size for immediate aid supplies. Unfortunately, the price is very high for the class of product, but that's the only downside. If a promotion takes place, the product is definitely worth considering.
