I would give it 6 stars if I could. The map case is really great. I recommended it to a few colleagues and everyone is satisfied. It has pockets that fit a compass, a pencil, and other useful items. It folds up nicely and is very well made.

A map case designed for transporting and utilizing maps, while safeguarding them against moisture and physical damage. Constructed from robust 500D Cordura and a transparent foil window. The map compartment is secured with a YKK zipper closure.
Two external snap-closed pockets and two additional smaller open pockets are located on the outside of the map case. Pencil or pen holders are integrated on the sides for convenience.
Equipped with loops for both vertical and horizontal suspension. The folded map case is kept closed with a snap-fastening.

Tiger Stripe represents a family of camouflage designs that emerged from Southeast Asia, with the most widely recognized version crafted in the Republic of Vietnam. I didn't even realize how practical and useful this kit is. A folding knife, a compass, a snack bar, and of course a map — everything fits easily into a thigh pocket when you don't have to save space specifically for the map. After the weekend, the map looked like new. It's worth folding it in such a way that there is no need to take it out, positioning the front and the folded part at the back so that it can still be read comfortably. This solution costs less than the map itself, so I definitely consider it a good investment.
