Construction is founded on a frame crafted from hardened aircraft-grade aluminum, which also constitutes the handle, reinforced by two internal steel liners that function mainly as the lock, protect the assisted-opening mechanism, and add stability to the blade’s pivot.
Equipped with a recurve drop point blade profile, forged from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. The blade sports a black DLC finish with both anti-reflective and corrosion-resistant properties, while the edge features hollow grinding.
Deployment of the blade is achieved through the thumb stud, assisted by the SpeedSafe spring mechanism, allowing the Blur model to open with near-automatic speed. Once open, the blade is secured by a liner lock.
A spring clip attached to the handle offers secure and convenient carry, enabling attachment to a belt or pocket edge.
