Helikon-Tex Guardian Recce Chest Rig Tactical Vest IRR - wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland

Chest Rig tactical vest made of damage-resistant 500D Cordura with a 225 g/m2 grammage. It is equipped with the Versatile Insert mounting system, MOLLE/PALS webbing, durable YKK zippers and sturdy Woojin Plastic buckles.

Thanks to numerous pockets and pouches, this model will suit both professionals and outdoor activity enthusiasts, providing space to carry essential accouterment during field operations. The model features NIR/IRR properties that reduce the contrast of the silhouette against the surroundings in the near-infrared range.

On the front of the vest there are:

• four magazine pouches in AK/AR standard - closed with flaps with buckles. The flaps can be tucked away to turn the pouches into open ones, guaranteeing quick access to the carried contents.
• admin pouch - fastened with zippers, with the option of wide opening. Equipped with a front zippered divider and a rectangular velcro panel. The interior is lined with soft velcro.
• two universal pockets - closed with a flap with buckle. They can hold fragmentation or smoke grenades, and after using an insert from the Competition series - two pistol magazines.
• a wide pocket fastened with a zipper.

In the area closer to the body, two flat pockets in the middle have been used, suitable for carrying a radio, as well as two side pockets. Each of them is equipped with elastic loops that ensure secure retention of the carried items.

Both the sides and the shoulder straps of the vest are equipped with webbing compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, which allows it to be expanded with additional pockets or pouches. The interior of the pocket located on the front is lined with soft velcro, which allows its customization using inserts from the VIS (Versatile Insert System). This system is compatible with a wide range of products, allowing easy transfer of equipment between different pieces of gear.

The materials used in the vest, including visible fabrics and components, were selected to reduce the contrast of the silhouette in devices operating in the near-infrared range. Their properties affect how the vest absorbs, reflects and transmits radiation, which helps achieve an image better matched to the characteristics of the natural surroundings.

Shoulder straps with adjustment option allow the vest to be fitted to the user's body shape. A mesh panel has been used on the back, responsible for very good air circulation and guaranteeing high comfort during use. Special eyelets have been placed on the shoulders of the vest, enabling secure routing of wiring, an antenna or a hydration system tube.

The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is the camouflage currently in service with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland - the first camouflage designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Republic. The 1993 pattern offers a combination of mimicry and disruptive properties thanks to the use of irregular patches of different sizes. The colour scheme based on green, brown and black was adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making “Pantera” a fitting choice for operations in native terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage are also part of the basic equipment of students of Military Uniformed Classes.
