Constructed from Cordura, this spacious, rugged, and dependable waist bag efficiently holds essential gear, eliminating the need to store items in trouser pockets or carry a larger bag or backpack.
Features a primary compartment and two additional pockets:
- The main compartment is secured with a two-way zipper closure.
- The front pocket also utilizes a two-way zipper for closure.
- A flat back pocket, positioned closest to the hip, is closed with a single-direction zipper.
Inside the main compartment, there is a flat internal zippered pocket and a mesh pocket/divider. Opposite these, elastic webbing is sewn in to facilitate organized storage of gear such as a multitool, flashlight, knife, or pens.
The front pocket includes integrated elastic webbing for efficient item organization, as well as a mesh pocket/divider on the opposite side.
Paracord loops are attached at the ends of each two-way zipper, silencing metal-on-metal noise and doubling as emergency spare laces. The zipper of the main compartment is protected by a flap that helps prevent debris build-up.
Located on the front pocket and on both adjacent sides, as well as on the rear panel, are MOLLE/PALS webbing system straps—one-inch-wide straps sewn at one-inch intervals. The webbing on the back provides compatibility for attaching the Gekon to any backpack equipped with a similar webbing system, while the webbing on the front is ideal for mounting external urgent need gear.
The waist pack offers versatile carry options, designed to be worn either around the waist or across the chest. A 60 mm quick-release buckle (fastex) secures the belt, which features a fully adjustable length of up to 110 cm.
Front straps are equipped with hook-and-loop (velcro) panels, enabling personalized identification of the waist bag by attaching a morale patch that showcases the user's unique style.
The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is the standard issue for the Polish Armed Forces. As the first camouflage pattern specifically created and widely deployed in the Third Polish Republic, the 1993 design features both adaptive and disruptive elements, utilizing irregularly shaped spots in varying sizes. Its color palette—comprised of green, brown, and black—has been optimized for the unique environment of Polish woodlands, making the "Pantera" pattern highly effective for native field operations.
