Constructed from Cordura, offering a spacious, durable, and dependable waist pack, ideal for carrying essential gear without resorting to trouser pockets or a bulkier bag or backpack.
Features a main chamber along with two additional pockets:
- The main compartment is secured with a two-way zipper.
- The front pocket also closes with a two-way zipper for added accessibility.
- A slim rear pocket, positioned closest to the hip, fastens with a one-way zipper.
Inside the main compartment you will find: a flat internal pocket with a zipper closure and a mesh divider/pocket. On the opposite side, an integrated elastic strap is stitched in, ensuring straightforward organization of items such as a multitool, flashlight, knife, and/or pens.
Within the front pocket: built-in elastic straps facilitate neat item arrangement, facing a mesh divider/pocket on the other side.
Paracord loops at the ends of each two-way zipper minimize zipper noise and may serve as backup ties. The main compartment zipper is protected by a cover strip which prevents dirt buildup.
Positioned on the front pocket, as well as on both adjacent sides and the rear panel, are MOLLE/PALS webbing system tapes—one-inch webbing strips stitched at one-inch intervals. The webbing on the back enables secure mounting of the Gekon to any backpack equipped with a compatible webbing system, while the webbing at the front is designed for attaching essential urgent need gear for quick access.
The waist pack offers versatile carry options, allowing it to be worn around the waist or across the chest. A 60 mm quick-release buckle (fastex) secures the belt, while the length can be adjusted up to 110 cm.
Front straps feature velcro panels (hook-and-loop) for easy attachment of a morale patch to showcase the user's unique identity.
