Crafted from Cordura, robust, spacious, and dependable waist pack, ideal for stowing essential gear without resorting to trouser pockets, or carrying a larger bag or backpack.
Features a primary compartment and two additional pockets:
- The main compartment is secured with a two-way zipper.
- A front pocket is also equipped with a two-way zipper closure.
- A flat rear pocket, positioned closest to the hip, utilizes a one-way zipper for closure.
Inside the main compartment you will find: a flat internal pocket with zip closure and a mesh pocket/divider. On the opposite side, elastic webbing is sewn in place, offering convenient organization for gear such as a multitool, flashlight, knife, or writing instruments.
Within the front pocket: sewn-in elastic bands provide efficient organization, while a mesh pocket/divider is located opposite for additional storage options.
Each of the two-way zippers is finished with paracord loops that minimize noise from zipper contact and can serve as backup cordage. The main compartment’s zipper is shielded by a fabric strip to prevent the buildup of dirt.
Located on the front pocket, its sides, as well as the rear panel, are MOLLE/PALS webbing system straps—one-inch-wide webbing sewn at one-inch intervals. The rear straps enable secure attachment of the Gekon to backpacks equipped with compatible webbing systems, while the front mounting points are designed for carrying urgent need external equipment.
The waist bag offers versatile carrying options, allowing it to be worn either around the waist or across the chest. A 60 mm quick-release (fastex) buckle secures the belt, which can be adjusted in length up to 110 cm for optimal fit.
Velcro (hook-and-loop) panels are integrated into the front straps, making it easy to attach a morale patch that reflects the owner's unique identity.

In 2010, the US Army formally selected this camouflage as its operational pattern for personnel deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Additionally, the pattern has become accessible to civilian markets, establishing itself as a favored option for military enthusiasts and airsoft practitioners alike.
