Military backpack with a 65-liter capacity, designed by Wrocław-based manufacturer Wisport in collaboration with the commandos from the Special Commandos Unit (formerly the 1st Special Commando Regiment) in Lubliniec. Drawing inspiration from the renowned Racoon backpack series in both 45 and 65-liter versions, this model strikes an optimal balance between the volume and weight of carried equipment, ensuring enhanced mobility for the user. Crafted from rugged 500D Cordura in RAL 6003 hue, it delivers impressive storage, combined with superior practicality and user comfort.
Constructed from abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, the backpack features additional reinforcement through bar-tacked seams. Known for its exceptional resistance to mechanical stress such as abrasions and tears, this material greatly enhances overall durability and reliability in demanding field operations.
The main compartment, with a capacity of 65 liters, can be split into two sections—the upper portion (about 2/3) and the lower portion (about 1/3). An integrated drawstring collar secures gear in place, ensuring load stability and preventing unwanted movement. Three access points—top, front, and bottom—are available thanks to a detachable base, significantly simplifying the unloading process. A flat pocket positioned in the lower back section allows for secure transportation of a radio station. Located above, a dedicated attachment point for a hydration bladder and a special port for a hydration tube or antenna are incorporated, with the opening well-shielded to prevent water intrusion into the pack.
Additional compartments for maps and documents and hydration tube attachments on the shoulder straps further enhance operational efficiency and convenience. The detachable and adjustable top lid is fitted with two zippered pockets, while the front features a velcro panel ideal for attaching customized patches. Altogether, seven distinct pocket types are integrated, streamlining gear organization and providing immediate access to essential items.
A long front pocket includes double-sided MOLLE webbing, functioning as a versatile organizer. Outfitted with two removable 9-liter side pouches, the pack also conceals a rain cover in a Velcro-secured compartment at the bottom, as well as helmet carrying straps stowed above the lower zipper entry to the main compartment. Equipped with side carry handles and metal D-rings for securing the pack to ropes or vehicles, these features significantly boost the set’s utility.
Equipped with a durable aluminum frame and an adjustable carrying system (FAS Plus Ergonomic), the backpack is engineered for sustained, comfortable transport of heavy loads. Offering secure back contact and optimum spine and shoulder strain relief, the system’s dual-plane adjustment makes it possible to tailor the fit precisely to the wearer’s height and body contour. Ergonomically contoured shoulder straps, along with a broad hip belt and chest strap, enhance load distribution and help minimize fatigue during long treks. Integrated reinforcements and framework preserve the backpack’s shape even under maximum load. A ventilated back panel improves airflow and decreases perspiration. The carrying system is built to withstand rigorous use in demanding field environments. Detachable hip belt and fastex quick-release buckles on the shoulder straps enable rapid removal of the pack when required.
Outfitted with ITW Nexus and Duraflex certified buckles as well as rugged Wisport zippers.
Equipped with MOLLE/PALS system straps on the front, sides, and lid, the backpack provides versatile attachment points for additional gear. The integrated strap and compression strap system allows for secure external equipment mounting while helping to stabilize the backpack's internal load.
