Military backpack with a 65-liter capacity, designed by Wisport, a company based in Wrocław, in collaboration with the Special Commandos Unit (previously known as the 1st Special Commando Regiment) from Lubliniec. Drawing inspiration from the renowned Racoon backpacks available in 45- and 65-liter options, this pack strikes the perfect balance between carrying capacity, the overall weight of equipment, and user mobility. Constructed from robust 500D Cordura in the MultiCam Black camouflage pattern, it seamlessly merges impressive storage volume with practical functionality and excellent carrying comfort.
Constructed from abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and further strengthened with bar-tacked seams, the backpack offers outstanding protection against mechanical damage including abrasions and tears. Such rugged construction greatly enhances overall durability during challenging field operations.
Main compartment with a 65-liter capacity can be separated into two sections: an upper part (approx. 2/3) and a lower section (approx. 1/3). An internal drawstring collar helps prevent contents from moving and ensures load stability. The compartment is accessible from the top, front, and bottom, featuring a removable bottom for effortless unpacking. The lower back area contains a flat pocket designed to securely transport a radio. Positioned above it, there is a mount for a hydration system bag and a dedicated opening for a tube or antenna, which is sealed to block water from entering the backpack.
Extra pockets for documents and maps as well as hydration tube holders on the shoulder straps enhance the pack’s overall utility. The top lid can be removed and adjusted, and features two zippered pockets, while the front is equipped with a Velcro panel for customizable patches. Altogether, seven distinct pocket types are available in the backpack, making it easier to organize gear and access essential equipment quickly.
The front is equipped with a long pocket, double-sided with MOLLE system stitching, suitable for organizing additional gear. The pack comes with two removable 9-liter side pockets, a rain cover stashed in a Velcro-fastened pocket at the bottom, and helmet straps hidden in a small compartment above the main compartment’s bottom access zipper. Side transport handles and metal D-rings enable attachment to ropes or vehicles, maximizing the functionality of the system.
Equipped with a durable aluminum frame and an adjustable FAS Plus Ergonomic carrying system, the backpack is engineered for extended, comfortable transport of heavy loads. The construction guarantees secure contact with the back and efficient load transfer away from the spine and shoulders. Dual-plane adjustability allows for exact customization to the user’s height and build. Anatomically contoured shoulder straps, a wide hip belt, and a chest strap enhance load distribution, minimizing fatigue during long treks. Reinforced panels and the structural frame preserve the backpack’s shape under maximum load. Enhanced airflow is provided by a ventilated back panel, decreasing sweating and improving comfort. Built to withstand rigorous use in demanding environments, the carrying system ensures long-term reliability. The hip belt is removable, and fastex buckles with quick-release capability on the shoulder straps enable rapid disengagement of the backpack.
Outfitted with ITW Nexus and Duraflex buckles, both certified, as well as robust Wisport zippers.
Equipped with MOLLE/PALS system straps on the front, sides, and lid, the backpack allows for secure attachment of additional gear. The integrated strap and compression strap system supports carrying equipment externally while also stabilizing the contents within the backpack.
