The upper section of the gloves is constructed from breathable, lightweight CoolPlus fabric, effectively minimizing hand perspiration and promoting optimal airflow. The backs of the fingers feature Rip-Stop fabric, which resists tearing and fraying even when locally damaged, providing enhanced abrasion resistance. The gripping surface utilizes robust 0.6 mm synthetic leather, ensuring a secure grip and precise control, while also enabling the use of touchscreen devices without needing to remove the gloves. A dedicated Lock Ring panel reinforces the critical thumb area, boosting structural durability and decreasing seam wear and tear.

Cuff with drawstring, 2-piece palm construction

A large cuff equipped with a drawstring ensures extra protection and keeps the gloves firmly secured around the wrist. The opening is exceptionally wide, allowing for effortless donning of the gloves. A two-piece design in the inner palm area minimizes curling and bunching, resulting in a better fit. The lower palm section is enhanced with ventilated padding to boost airflow and provide added protection from injuries.

EN388-2121X Protection standard

The gloves comply with the American safety standard ANSI/ISEA 105 level 3XX regarding resistance to cuts, abrasions, and punctures, which signifies:

  • 3: abrasion resistance (rated on a scale from 1 to 6)
  • X: cut resistance (rated on a scale from A1 to A9)
  • X: puncture resistance (rated on a scale from 0 to 5)

The gloves also fulfil the EN388 level 2121X mechanical safety standard, which indicates:

  • 2: abrasion resistance (measured on a scale from 0 to 4)
  • 1: cut resistance (measured on a scale from 0 to 5)
  • 2: tear resistance (measured on a scale from 0 to 4)
  • 1: puncture resistance (measured on a scale from 0 to 4)
  • X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (rated on a scale from A to F)

In the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is assessed on a scale from 1 to 6 and reflects the number of cycles the material can endure before showing wear. Cut resistance is measured from A1 to A9, progressing from minimal to maximum protection. Puncture resistance is evaluated on a scale from 0 to 5 and represents the amount of force necessary to pierce the glove surface with a sharp object (does not account for needle puncture).

The EN388 standard uses a rating system to indicate glove protection levels: a value of 0 indicates the absence of protection, whereas the top ratings (4, 5) mark the highest level of resistance.

The X symbol signifies that the corresponding parameter was either not evaluated or is not relevant.

    Very comfortable gloves for everyday use – lightweight, fit well on the hand, and can be put on quickly thanks to the cuff. A plus for the materials – the grip is secure and you can easily do precise tasks, even use the phone without taking them off. They perform well at the shooting range, outdoors, or during regular tinkering in the garage. Just keep in mind that these are gloves for lighter tasks – for heavy-duty work they may wear out faster. However, at this price, it's really hard to complain. A very reasonable choice.

    I received gloves in a different color and in a new version, but I still consider them a good choice for basic gloves. I don't mind the darker shade of brown instead of coyote, although it was a surprise for me. I have been using FastFit as my everyday gloves for years and they usually last me for a season during bushcraft, hiking, or dog sports. The price is adequate for the quality.

    The gloves are comfortable and even fit the hands quite well. As for durability – it depends on what we expect from them. Perfect for the shooting range, but I wouldn’t take them on duty; they’re too thin and not resistant to punctures. But the price is also quite low.

    Very nice gloves for bushcraft or similar activities, mainly because of the inner side made of fairly durable imitation leather. Still, it's a pity that it's not genuine leather. The outer material is not very breathable and airy, even in summer, and unfortunately it's not resistant to sparks or similar things at all. The gloves fit the hand well, they fit almost perfectly.

    These are my first gloves and unfortunately I feel a bit disappointed – even though the size is correct, they do not fit my hands perfectly. They also lack a Velcro strap, which makes them seem easy to slip off. I'm concerned they won't be durable.

    They look great, very easy to put on and take off. Unfortunately, I don't recommend them for "heavy work"; I used them for about a month and a half during furniture deliveries and unfortunately, after this time, there are already holes on 5 fingertips. I recommend them for lighter work.

    I bought Mechanix gloves for the first time (previously I had read various opinions about the durability/price ratio) along with another model, i.e. the Original. Strangely, despite being thinner than the Original, during a walk with the dog at a temperature of -5°C, they seemed to protect my hands from the cold better.
