Very comfortable gloves for everyday use – lightweight, fit well on the hand, and can be put on quickly thanks to the cuff. A plus for the materials – the grip is secure and you can easily do precise tasks, even use the phone without taking them off. They perform well at the shooting range, outdoors, or during regular tinkering in the garage. Just keep in mind that these are gloves for lighter tasks – for heavy-duty work they may wear out faster. However, at this price, it's really hard to complain. A very reasonable choice.
Mechanix Wear FastFit Core 3 Tactical Gloves - Wolf Grey
Universal durable gloves engineered to deliver essential mechanical protection. Offering a close fit, they provide excellent grip control while allowing for precise hand movements. Perfect for military personnel, law enforcement officials, shooting enthusiasts, survivalists, automotive repairs, DIY tasks, and airsoft players.
Breathable CoolPlus fabric, Rip-Stop weave, touchscreen compatibility, Lock Ring technology
The gloves feature an upper portion crafted from breathable, lightweight CoolPlus fabric, minimizing hand perspiration and providing excellent ventilation. Rip-Stop material reinforces the back of the fingers, effectively preventing tearing and fraying even if the fabric sustains localized damage, while also delivering enhanced resistance to abrasion. The grip zone incorporates robust 0.6 mm synthetic leather, delivering a secure grip and high level of control, and enabling convenient use of touchscreen devices without the need to remove the gloves. A protective Lock Ring panel reinforces the vulnerable area around the thumb, boosting structural durability and helping to reduce seam wear.
stretch-elastic cuff, 2-piece palm construction
An expansive stretch-elastic cuff delivers enhanced protection and maintains a secure fit around the wrist. An extra-wide opening allows for easy donning of the gloves. The two-piece inner palm design minimizes curling and bunching, resulting in a superior fit. Additionally, the lower palm is equipped with ventilated padding to promote airflow and shield against impact injuries.
norm: ANSI/ISEA 105-3XX and EN388-2121X
The gloves comply with the American safety standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 3XX for cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance, signifying:
- 3: abrasion resistance (rated from 1 to 6)
- X: cut resistance (rated from A1 to A9)
- X: puncture resistance (rated from 0 to 5)
The gloves achieve the EN388 standard at level 2121X, ensuring defense against mechanical hazards, which stands for:
- 2: abrasion resistance (scale of 0–4)
- 1: cut resistance (scale of 0–5)
- 2: tear resistance (scale of 0–4)
- 1: puncture resistance (scale of 0–4)
- X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (scale from A–F)
Under the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is measured on a scale from 1 to 6, indicating the number of cycles a material withstands before wearing through. Cut resistance is specified from A1 to A9, ranking from lowest to highest protection. Puncture resistance ranges from 0 to 5, reflecting the force needed to puncture the surface with a pointed probe (excluding needle punctures).
Values defined in the EN388 standard indicate the glove's protection level: a rating of 0 means no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate maximum resistance.
Letter codes are employed in TDM testing (ISO 13997), where A designates the minimum level of protection, and F represents the maximum.
The X notation signifies a parameter was either not tested or does not apply.

I received gloves in a different color and in a new version, but I still consider them a good choice for basic gloves. I don't mind the darker shade of brown instead of coyote, although it was a surprise for me. I have been using FastFit as my everyday gloves for years and they usually last me for a season during bushcraft, hiking, or dog sports. The price is adequate for the quality.
-
The gloves are comfortable and even fit the hands quite well. As for durability – it depends on what we expect from them. Perfect for the shooting range, but I wouldn’t take them on duty; they’re too thin and not resistant to punctures. But the price is also quite low.
-
Very nice gloves for bushcraft or similar activities, mainly because of the inner side made of fairly durable imitation leather. Still, it's a pity that it's not genuine leather. The outer material is not very breathable and airy, even in summer, and unfortunately it's not resistant to sparks or similar things at all. The gloves fit the hand well, they fit almost perfectly.
-
Great looking, lightweight gloves. I have as many as five pairs in different colors, and each one suits me. They fit the hand perfectly, and touch screen operation works without any problems. They might be too thin for very cold days, but in other conditions, they're really an excellent choice for the price.
-
Mechanix tactical gloves are quality in themselves, the company makes good and durable products. Ideal for the shooting range and tactical operations. Durable material, quick drying, I recommend them.
-
These are my first gloves and unfortunately I feel a bit disappointed – even though the size is correct, they do not fit my hands perfectly. They also lack a Velcro strap, which makes them seem easy to slip off. I'm concerned they won't be durable.
-
They look great, very easy to put on and take off. Unfortunately, I don't recommend them for "heavy work"; I used them for about a month and a half during furniture deliveries and unfortunately, after this time, there are already holes on 5 fingertips. I recommend them for lighter work.
-
They fit very well, the colors are just as I expected, hidden in the waist bag as the first line. At the promotional price, there's no doubt you should definitely grab them. I highly recommend this model.
-
Very comfortable to put on and take off. The materials and craftsmanship inspire confidence from the first touch. This is another pair from this manufacturer in my collection, but the first FastFit, and from now on I will only buy this version – they are very comfortable.
-
For me, the gloves are just right for basic work at a forest camp. Now, in winter, they also provide a bit of warmth, and the material allows you to use your phone's touchscreen with any finger, not just your thumb and index finger – although you can forget about typing in them.
-
Mechanix Wear FastFit tactical gloves - Olive Drab are nice, not too thick gloves. The grip in them is quite decent. But I probably wouldn't buy them for working with firearms.
-
I bought Mechanix gloves for the first time (previously I had read various opinions about the durability/price ratio) along with another model, i.e. the Original. Strangely, despite being thinner than the Original, during a walk with the dog at a temperature of -5°C, they seemed to protect my hands from the cold better.
-
These are already my third gloves of this model. For moderate outdoor activities such as walking the dog and hiking in the forest, they are perfect. I recommend them!!!
-
Very good gloves. This is the second pair I own. They provide a good grip on the weapon and are also suitable for precision tasks. Of course, nothing compares to bare hands, but where hand protection is needed, it's worth investing in such gloves. I recommend them!
