CPM S35VN
CPM S35VN is a stainless powder steel developed by Crucible Industries in collaboration with Chris Reeve, used in premium knives. It is an evolution of the popular S30V steel, offering a better balance between wear resistance, stainlessness, and ease of machining. Carbon (approx. 1.4%) is responsible for high hardness, while chromium (approx. 14%) gives the steel very good corrosion resistance, and vanadium (approx. 3%) extends edge life and improves cutting aggression. After hardening, it reaches 58-61 HRC, combining edge durability with fracture resistance. The steel retains its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen, commonly used in EDC, outdoor, tactical, and collector's knives.
Atlas Lock
Atlas Lock is a modern Cold Steel lock, which in terms of durability brings folding knives closer to fixed blade models. The mechanism is based on two pins and a locking rod that distribute pressure evenly; the stop pin absorbs some of the blade's force, and the hidden spring is protected from dirt. The slider on the back of the handle allows for quick, two-way, and safe folding with one hand.
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. A chunk of a tough folder. Very secure lock. Comfortable handle and a blade with plenty of power. It will be perfect for heavy-duty work, even though it's a folding knife. I recommend it.
