Drop-Point blade, D2 steel
Featuring a drop point blade shape crafted from high-carbon D2 tool steel, the knife benefits from a high chromium content that qualifies it as semi-stainless. Renowned for its exceptional wear resistance and durability of sharpness, the steel ensures prolonged performance. A black coating further shields the blade from corrosion. Dual thumb studs on either side of the blade provide ambidextrous, one-handed deployment, suiting both right- and left-handed users. Jimping along the spine offers a secure thumb placement for enhanced control during operation.
Handle made of durable composite
The handle is crafted from glass fiber reinforced nylon, offering exceptional resistance to impact and environmental factors. Steel liners and a Liner Lock mechanism are integrated within the handle for added strength. An ergonomic deep groove for the index finger enhances control and handling. A hole at the end of the handle allows for the attachment of a cord or lanyard.
Reversible clip

Probably everything about this little rat has already been written. The classic speaks for itself. I am one of those people who will always appreciate it for the quality-to-price ratio. For me, it's yet another Rat in the pack :)

Smaller and lighter, lacks a thumb stud. The difference is that here they used D2 steel, which in my opinion is better than the AUS8 used in the older model. D2 holds sharpness better.

I have been using it for some time and I am very satisfied. In addition to its great appearance, the quality leaves nothing to be desired. It arrived as sharp as a razor. The size is perfect for EDC. It's so light you don't feel it in your pocket at all.

Nice small folder for EDC. Also, great D2 steel is used here instead of the rather weak AUS8 found in cheaper models. The knife is truly worth recommending.

I have the green version, great folder - smaller than its bigger brother, so it's more convenient for daily pocket carry. As for build and quality, there isn't much to say, Ontario has gotten us used to top quality.
