The Smoker BBQ series (BBDST) runs a higher-output heating element (up to 150°C), enabling simultaneous smoking and barbecue-style roasting — pulled pork, ribs, and other low-and-slow BBQ techniques included. A Timer control panel and optional WiFi controller with mobile app remote management come standard on current models.
