Тактичний блокнот оснащений твердою обкладинкою, виконаною з поліестеру, покритого шаром PU. По центру обкладинки знаходиться застібка на липучці, яка запобігає випадковому відкриттю. Всередині розміщено змінний блокнот, чотири перегородки для додаткових документів та два еластичних тримачі для ручок.
